Getting enough sleep and good quality sleep at night ensures good health both physical and mental. The good quality sleep at night is the most important.
Not only for adults but also for children, getting proper sleep is the most important thing. If you aren’t getting enough sleep, if you are sleeping at the wrong times of the day, or if you have poor quality sleep, you will feel very tired during the whole day.
